Payment

Payment is only accepted via debit card. Payment is to be paid prior to dispatch.

A digital invoice will be issued with a secure payment link via Stripe.

Cancellations

To cancel a repair order, simply communicate with us via email and we will sort out the rest.

Please be aware that if you have already sent your camera and do not wish for the requested works to be carried out, we charge a small processing fee of £15.00 and the cost of return shipping, which will be requested prior to sending your camera back to you.

Once we have completed a service and dispatched an order it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return must be made due to damage, we will ask for a set of photos which is to include the outer packaging (unopened and sealed), any damage incurred to the packaging, the interior of the box showing the packaged camera, and a picture of the camera itself once opened. We will then proceed to make a claim with the courier.
