We use Royal Mail as our courier as we find they operate a reliable and secure service.

Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday.

We use DHL and ParcelForce as our main couriers for all worldwide shipping as, in our experience, they have been the most reliable and swift of previously used couriers. We may, on occasion, elect to use a different courier.

The sender is responsible for paying customs charge(s), if applicable. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Packaging

All items will be padded and sealed in protective packaging. All parcels will be indicated with ‘FRAGILE’ indicators.

For sustainability reasons, we will try to re-use the original packaging you send.
